Shalom Y’all!
When Batya and I were expecting our first child, Carlie, we were given a lot of advice, some unsolicited and some solicited. One of the most important pieces of advice we were given was “it takes a village to be a successful family.” Boy has that been true – from our friends and family in Atlanta to our wonderful Temple Beth Shalom family, we have been blessed in so many amazing ways! Thank you!
Temple Beth Shalom is a small but mighty village. From our Board all the way to our religious school parents and everything in between, we fit together to make this wonderful family. In my December bulletin article, I
wanted to focus on a group of our family members who stepped up on a Sunday morning to clean and polish all of our beautiful and meaningful Bimah furniture.
