Welcome to Sisterhood
The Sisterhood of Temple Beth Shalom of Ocala has been supporting the temple community for more than three decades. Through our activities, we have been able to help fund both supplies and personnel for the Sunday School. We also provide scholarships for our children who attend Jewish summer camps.
In addition to our fundraising, Sisterhood sponsors social functions for the congregation such as the Book Club, the Yom Kippur Break-the-Fast and the Rosh Hashanah Oneg as well as our informational general meeting open to all. We also run the Judaica gift shop.
We are partners in our community through support of Interfaith Emergency Services, Ocala Spouse Abuse/Domestic Violence Shelter, Pace School for Girls and the Humane Society of Marion County.
